Our journey began with a significant milestone in 2008 as we were granted an overseas employment agency license by the Department of Labour under the Myanmar Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security. This landmark achievement marked the beginning of our mission to connect Myanmar job seekers with valuable employment opportunities abroad, while contributing to the development of Myanmar’s economy and fulfilling the staffing needs of industries across borders.
At Human Power, we collaborate with many foreign recruitment agencies to forge pathways for Myanmar’s workforce, mainly in Singapore, where our candidates contribute their skills across various industries under the S Pass and Work Permit categories. Yet, we extend even further, as we bridge cultures and opportunities by sending outstanding Myanmar engineers for working in Japanese construction design companies under engineering work visa category.
In 2013, another chapter of our company continued with the attainment of the Seafarers Placement and Recruitment Service License from the Department of Marine Administration under the Myanmar Ministry of Transportation. This achievement enabled us to offer a unique service experienceâproviding skilled Myanmar security guards for cruise ships. Our process includes visa applications and arranging onboard joining procedures.
